The service is easily accessible by public transport via the Farnborough-Basingstoke line and nearby Winchfield Station. What you''ll be doing In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.You will also: Manage and deliver speech and language therapy care plans, including assessment, treatment, and progress tracking. Supervise junior staff and work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe, policy-compliant practice. Communicate with patients, families, and professionals throughout rehabilitation.
