We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Willow Park School.Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the education team to deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs.Follow the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working to guide practice within an education setting.Contribute to an environment where pupils can flourish and grow in independence, in collaboration with education teams.Location and Contract
Location: Willow Park School, Buckinghamshire MK14 6LJHours: 22.5 hours per week, 3 days per week 08:00am – 04:00pmContract: Permanent, term-time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on personal circumstancesSalary and Benefits
Salary: Up to 53,200 pro rata (dependent on experience)Professional development: 2000 training allowance to support role-specific training after probationSeniority level
