Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist Specialist EducationLocation: EssexContract: Full-time, PermanentStart: ASAPLevel: Band 7 / Senior SaLTSalary up to £(phone number removed) plus £3000.00 Leadership AllowanceWe are recruiting for an experienced Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join a specialist therapeutic education provider, working across multiple sites in Essex.This is a senior opportunity for an experienced SaLT who is passionate about supporting children and young people with complex SEMH needs, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and associated SEND. The role will combine direct therapeutic work with a wider leadership contribution across the service.You will work closely with teaching staff, therapists, families and external professionals as part of a multidisciplinary approach, helping to ensure pupils receive high-quality, consistent therapeutic support.
