Speech and Language Therapist

Speech and Language Therapist Post-16 College We are seeking a fully qualified and HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist to join a supportive and forward-thinking college. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with post-16 students, providing specialist therapy and making a real difference to their educational experience. Role Overview Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs, including SEMH Deliver individual and group therapy sessions with measurable outcomes Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with teachers, support staff, parents, and carers Develop programmes, resources, and training to support both students and staff Maintain accurate case notes and reports in line with RCSLT standards Person Specification HCPC-registered and a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) Experience in a school or college setting, working with a variety of student needs Skilled in designing and delivering individual and group therapy programmes Excellent communication, organisational, and professional skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team The College Offers A supportive and collaborative environment Opportunities for professional development A chance to make a real impact on student outcomes If you are passionate about helping young people develop their speech, language, and communication skills, we would love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
