Deliver specialist assessments, formulate therapy plans, and provide tailored individual and group interventions. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary SEND team to support EHCP Reviews, ILPs, and wider therapeutic strategies. Support the SENDCo with the strategic development of speech and language provision across the organisation. Provide specialist advice, mentoring, and supervision to junior therapists and wider staff teams.
