As a Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of residents with complex communication and swallowing disorders.
• Conducting specialist assessments in speech, language, cognitive communication, and dysphagia.
• Delivering individualised treatment plans and contributing to service development.
• Collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team, including SLTs, OTs, Physios, Psychologists,-and-Nursing teams.
