Speech and Language Therapist Band 6

We are currently looking for a Speech and Language Therapist Band: 6 To provide specialist assessment management and treatment to patients with communication and/or swallowing difficulties in a range of settings across acute and community. To be responsible for a specialist Speech and Language therapy caseload of adults with diverse therapy needs. To participate in the co-ordination, development and delivery of training programmes and information packages for colleagues in health, voluntary sector organisations, and family / carers. To be responsible for the assessment treatment, planning, delivery and evaluation of evidence-based specialised therapy interventions for a defined caseload. ..... full job details .....
