The Role As a Speech and Language Therapist, you''ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, student-centred therapy across the college and school. You''ll manage a varied caseload, supporting children and young people with a wide range of communication needs, while working closely with colleagues, families and external professionals to ensure a joined-up and consistent approach.
