Job Title: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Speech and Language Support Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire Start Date: September 2025 Salary: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience) Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only Temp to Perm Opportunity About the Role:An inclusive and welcoming primary school in St Albans is seeking a dedicated and nurturing 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child in Key Stage 1 with speech and language needs. This full-time position is set to start in September 2025, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.The successful applicant will work closely with the class teacher and external professionals to provide tailored support to help the pupil access the curriculum, build confidence, and make consistent progress both academically and socially.
