This role is ideal for individuals looking to build long-term experience while supporting pupils with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).You may be supporting children with speech and language delays, Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, or other additional learning needs in primary, secondary, or specialist provisions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support focused on speech, language, and communication development.Support pupils in accessing the curriculum through adapted communication strategies.Assist the class teacher and Speech and Language Therapists in delivering targeted interventions.Encourage expressive and receptive language development in a structured and supportive manner.Help pupils develop confidence in social communication and interaction.Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.Support with personal care where required (depending on setting).RequirementsExperience working with children with speech and language needs or SEN (formal or ..... full job details .....
