This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to access learning, build relationships, and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with the school''s SEND team, teaching staff, and Speech and Language Therapists to deliver tailored support and monitor pupil progress. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language interventions to individuals and small groups, following programmes set by the Speech and Language Therapist. Support pupils with communication, language development, social interaction, and emotional regulation. Monitor and record pupil progress, adapting support where appropriate and feeding back to the SEND team.
