You''ll support children and young people with a range of additional needs and more complex communication profiles, delivering individual and targeted interventions alongside the wider education and therapy teams. You''ll manage your own caseload, contribute to EHCP provision and work closely with teachers, families and other professionals to help pupils develop their communication and independence.
