      <description>Location: Sutton | Salary: &amp;pound;42000 - &amp;pound;58400/annum | Type: Permanent | Speech &amp; Language Therapist   Location:  Sutton  Salary:  NHS Band 6 (-42,82350,559 FTE) or Band 7 (-51,74358,385 FTE), dependent on experience  Working Pattern:  Full-time (5 days per week), Term Time + 4 Weeks  An Outstanding Specialist College in Sutton is seeking a  Speech &amp; Language Therapist  to join its multidisciplinary team on a maternity cover basis. The college supports young people and adults with a wide range of special educational needs, including autism, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), communication difficulties and complex medical needs.  The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, person-centred Speech &amp; Language Therapy, carrying out assessments, developing communication and eating &amp; drinking programmes, supporting the use of AAC, and working closely with teaching staff, families and external professionals to maximise student outcomes.
