The college supports young people and adults with a wide range of special educational needs, including autism, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), communication difficulties and complex medical needs. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, person-centred Speech & Language Therapy, carrying out assessments, developing communication and eating & drinking programmes, supporting the use of AAC, and working closely with teaching staff, families and external professionals to maximise student outcomes.
