Create Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in-Barnehurst-to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced-Speech and Language HLTA-to join their dedicated inclusion team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the SENCO, teachers and external professionals, supporting pupils with-Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN). You will play a key role in delivering targeted interventions that enable children to develop their communication skills, access learning successfully and achieve their full potential.

The Role:

• Deliver targeted speech and language interventions for pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
• Work closely with the SENCO, teaching staff and external Speech and Language Therapists
• Plan, deliver and evaluate intervention programmes tailored to individual pupil needs
• Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records of interventions
• Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and developing confidence in communication
• Promote an inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed
• Contribute to the wider SEND provision and work collaboratively as part of the school''s inclusion team

About You:

• Hold a recognised HLTA qualification (or equivalent)
• Have experience delivering speech and language interventions within a school setting
• Have a strong understanding of Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
• Be passionate about inclusion and supporting children with additional needs
• Be organised, proactive and able to work collaboratively with a range of professionals
• Be committed to helping every child achieve their full potential
