This is a hands-on technical role suited to someone with previous experience in food manufacturing, technical or quality environments , who is confident working with specifications, supplier information, regulatory documentation and quality systems. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain customer, internal and raw material specifications. Manage product data, technical documentation and compliance records. Support customer and supplier queries, SAQs and technical requests. Monitor changes to legislation and customer requirements. Ensure technical information is accurate, up to date and compliant. Support traceability, product launches and continuous improvement projects. Work closely with the wider Technical and Product Development teams.
