What you''ll be doing as the Specification Technologist: Own and deliver retailer specifications to tight critical paths, translating recipes, raw materials and packaging data into fully compliant customer formats. Be the guardian of Codes of Practice, flagging and resolving any risks around allergens, legality, nutrition or labelling before they reach the customer. Partner with NPD and Process teams to create robust Specifications and QAS that support flawless launches and technical sign-off. Manage and maintain live specification control systems, gold standard specs and retailer portals. Interpret nutritional and ingredient data, running calculations to ensure claims, tolerances and criteria are always met.
