Specification Sales Executive £32,000 £36,000 Worcester Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of innovative construction products and is looking for a Specification Sales Executive to join their growing team! This is an opportunity for someone with a customer service or sales background who enjoys making initial contact with prospective customers and building lasting relationships. Full product and technical training will be provided, so previous construction-product experience is not essential. Specification Sales Executive Roles and Responsibilities: Identify prospective customers, construction projects and specification opportunities Make initial contact with architects, designers, specifiers and other decision-makers Introduce the company and its products by telephone, email and online meetings Build relationships, understand customer needs and qualify potential opportunities Maintain contact with prospective customers and follow up at the appropriate stages of their projects Keep accurate records of conversations, project details and next steps on the CRM system Work with the Sales and Technical teams to ensure customers receive the right information and support Develop knowledge of the company s products, applications and specification process through full training Provide product information and support customer presentations and CPDs as knowledge develops Help progress specification opportunities through the sales pipeline The Ideal Specification Sales ..... full job details .....
