Specification Sales Consultant - Bathroom and WashroomsJob reference Number: Area to be covered: London Showroom based: Central London Remuneration: £60,000neg + Discretionary Bonus Benefits: Travel expenses, 25 days holiday, phone, laptop and comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Specification Sales Consultant - Bathroom and Washrooms will involve:Specification sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of bathroom and sanitary ware products (taps, shower rails, accessibility products and accessories)Majority of your time will be spent generating specification with architects and specifying consultants Upsell and build relationships with designers, architects and consultants for hospitality and commercial projectsBased out of the showroom with regular client visits in and around LondonGenerating new business, new leads, drive sales, and increase revenueLiaising with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations Teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiativesTypical projects range from £50k - £250kThe ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Consultant - Bathroom and Washrooms with:Must have specification sales experience selling into architects, designers and consultantsIdeally have bathroom or washroom experience although would be open to an interior product backgroundPreferable to have experience conducting CPD seminarsStrong analytical, negotiating and decision making abilities Results orientated, hungry, personable and ..... full job details .....
