Excellent salary -45K - -55K Negotiable + benefits The Role: The Specification and Application Engineer will be responsible for support with basic design and technical specification support associated with the development of components for automotive applications. Duties will include but is not limited to the following; Interpret customer specifications and requirements to define design parameters, ensuring compliance with performance, safety, and regulatory standards. Develop detailed product specifications by analysing functional requirements, materials, performance, cost, and operational efficiency. Basic CAD design work for specification purposes. Candidate: You will have a good understanding of running gear, automotive and / or HGV trailer design or manufacture.
