About the role: At the Women''s Recovery Service, you''ll be part of a dedicated accommodation service supporting women who have experienced homelessness, VAWG, poor health, substance use, and exclusion from essential services. This is more than a job in accommodation services: it is an opportunity to stand alongside women as they reclaim their strength, build new futures and shape their own recovery. As our Specialist Multiple Disadvantage Worker you will bring expertise, creativity and determination to help women break down barriers and take steps forward with confidence. Every day is different - from providing one to one support and leading group sessions, to working with health, housing and VAWG partners to open up new opportunities. You will be a voice of encouragement and advocacy, ensuring women get the services and respect they deserve, and you will see the impact of your work in the real changes women make in their lives.
