This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for high-quality campervan conversions while also supporting and leading production activity on the shop floor. You will play a key role in ensuring builds are completed efficiently, safely, and to an exceptional standard, while helping to guide and motivate a small team of fitters and technicians.
