This role is pivotal for UCS College Group to fulfil the rapidly growing skills demand for the industrialisation of Battery Manufacturing and the wider Green Energy transition. You will support local and national workforce requirements for current and future projects, including the drive towards electrification and advanced manufacturing. We are looking for someone who can translate complex industrial processes into engaging training. While a focus on battery technology is central to our strategy, we welcome applicants with broad experience in high-tech manufacturing, automated assembly, electrical engineering, or process engineering. We welcome applications from individuals without educational sector experience as support and training will be given to the successful candidate.
