Specialist Temporary Accommodation Officer

Right now, we are looking for a Specialist Temporary Accommodation Officer to play a pivotal role in our Homelessness Service in London. Sounds great, what will I be doing? Manage a frontline caseload of individuals and families who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or living in temporary accommodation, delivering tailored assessments, action plans, and practical interventions to secure and sustain stable housing. Work collaboratively with landlords, housing providers, statutory and community agencies to coordinate support, prevent tenancy breakdown, promote independence, and achieve positive outcomes while maintaining accurate case records and meeting contractual performance targets.
