This is a highly rewarding role suited to someone who thrives in a varied environment and is passionate about delivering individualised support.This position involves providing 1:1 support; however, you will work with different pupils on a rotating basis rather than being assigned to one individual. This approach helps to promote independence and prevents over-reliance on a single member of staff.About the Role Working in partnership with class teachers, the SENCo, and other professionals, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Delivering tailored 1:1 support to pupils with Autism across primary and secondary age groups Working with a variety of pupils throughout the week to encourage independence and adaptability Supporting students in lessons and within structured breakout settings Assisting with personalised learning tasks linked to EHCP targets Supporting emotional regulation, communication, and daily transitions Monitoring progress and behaviour, feeding back to relevant staff Promoting confidence, engagement, and positive social interaction ..... full job details .....
