Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Solihull (B90)
Pay: -95105 per day
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: After October Half Term 2025

What You''ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering 1:1 and small group support within a High Dependency Unit

  • Using structured strategies such as ABA and PECS to support learning and communication

  • Working in partnership with teachers, therapists, and senior leaders to adapt learning plans

  • Engaging in training and development to continually grow your skills

  • Contributing positively to a collaborative and caring team environment



The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with SEN, ABA, or autism support is desirable but not essential

  • Organised, resilient, and able to remain calm under pressure

  • A strong communicator who works well with pupils, staff, and families

  • Passionate about helping neurodiverse learners develop confidence and independence
