This role involves working closely with pupils who have experienced significant barriers to learning, including behavioural challenges and difficulties accessing mainstream education. You will play a key role in delivering both academic and therapeutic support within a highly structured, nurturing environment that focuses on consistency, routine, and positive relationships.About the Role:Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with behavioural needs. This is in an all through school from ages 4-16.Help create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment.Support pupils'' academic progress as well as their emotional wellbeing and personal development.As a Specialist Teaching and Learning Assistant you will work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver personalised learning plans.Contribute to behaviour management and therapeutic support strategies.
