This exciting position is perfect for someone who thrives on making a difference and supporting pupils with behavioural, emotional, social, and learning needs.The RoleAs a Specialist Teaching and Learning Assistant, you will:Provide tailored support to pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4.Work 1:1, with small groups, and within classrooms to deliver targeted interventions.Assist teachers with planning, preparation of resources, and behaviour management.Support both on-site and, when required, during safe and well visits or home learning.Contribute to safeguarding and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment for all learners.Pay Rates 111 per day 555 per week (based on 5 days) 21,645 per year (term-time only)Candidate RequirementsWe are seeking a Specialist Teaching and Learning Assistant who can demonstrate:Experience working with young people who have additional or behavioural needs.Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting learners.A full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business insurance (for occasional visits).GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.Desirable qualifications include Team Teach or behaviour management training, First Aid certification, and prior work in ..... full job details .....
