What''s STEP? STEP supports individuals and families living in temporary accommodation, offering meaningful activities that boost wellbeing, build confidence, and help shape better futures. The project will support up to 32 households across various settings in the borough - from BandBs to bespoke supported living spaces. What You''ll Be Doing: Designing and leading inspiring, purposeful activities for both families and single people across the community.Creating co-production opportunities so everyone has a voice in shaping the service.Working closely with a passionate, supportive team across multiple sites in Rhyl.Acting as a positive role model, using trauma-informed, psychologically informed practice.Designing activities for those who struggle with a mixture of complex needs.Applying a trauma and psychologically informed approach to support.
