      <description>Location: Leyland | Salary: &amp;pound;110 - &amp;pound;115/day | Type: Temporary | Specialist Support Assistant - Specialist Provisions     Location:  Leyland and surrounding areas   Pay:  -109.85 per day   Hours:  Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 3:30pm   Contract:  Full-time, term-time only   Start Date:  Immediate starts available   About the Role    We are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate  Specialist Support Assistant  to work within specialist educational provisions across  Leyland and the surrounding areas .  This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting children and young people with  SEND, SEMH, behavioural, communication or complex additional needs .  You will work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to provide tailored support to pupils, helping them overcome barriers to learning and develop their confidence, independence and social skills.   Key Responsibilities    Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional needs.  Support pupils with their learning, communication, emotional wellbeing and social development.
