The successful candidate will support pupils with complex learning needs, delivering personalised, engaging and inclusive learning experiences tailored to each child''s individual abilities, needs and EHCP outcomes. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SLD and PMLD. Implement individual education plans and EHCP targets.
