This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator who can support pupils with complex needs, re-engage learners and help them achieve their individual educational goals. The Role: Deliver tailored 1:1 tuition based on individual learning needs. Support pupils with SEND, complex needs and barriers to education. Adapt teaching strategies to meet different abilities and learning styles. Develop confidence, engagement and independent learning skills. Monitor progress and provide feedback on learning outcomes. Experience, Training and Qualifications: QTS or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working with students with complex needs. Experience supporting SEND or disengaged pupils.
