This is an excellent opportunity for a highly capable procurement professional with strong public sector experience to make a visible impact within a large-scale transformation programme.The RoleAs Specialist Procurement Advisor, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of approved business cases while supporting the implementation of the organisation''s Procurement and Contract Management Target Operating Model.You will work closely with service areas, finance teams, suppliers, and programme stakeholders to ensure agreed savings, benefits, and service improvements are achieved.
