This process includes opportunities to meet the executive team, senior managers, and attend sessions on engagement, health, wellbeing, and key processes.Probationary PeriodThis position is subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt unless they are currently partway through a probation or are bank staff.High Cost Area Supplement - Outer LondonThis role attracts a 15% supplement of the basic salary, with a minimum of £4,714 and a maximum of £5,941 per annum pro rata.Certificates of SponsorshipWhile we are a registered sponsor, sponsorship may not be available for all roles.
