We are actively seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Mental Health Specialist Mentor to join our student support team. This is a vital, high-priority role where you will make a tangible difference in the academic and personal journeys of our students. We are looking to expedite the hiring process and welcome qualified professionals to apply immediately.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement personalized support plans tailored to the unique needs of neurodiverse students.Provide expert mental health guidance and counseling to help students navigate academic and personal challenges.Collaborate closely with university staff to foster a holistic, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.Maintain accurate and confidential student records while contributing to ongoing service improvement initiatives.Stay at the forefront of the field by keeping updated on the latest best practices in mental health support.QualificationsActive professional body registration (e.g., BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA).Proven experience in supporting the mental health needs of students.Strong background in working with neurodiverse individuals and proficiency in mentoring techniques.Excellent communication skills ..... full job details .....
