The resident is a motivated professional who works from home; therefore, the ideal candidate will be someone who is organized, discreet, and capable of maintaining a high standard of clinical care while respecting a professional home-office environment. Key Responsibilities Clinical Bowel Management: Perform daily Manual Bowel Evacuation. (competency sign-off required). Urological Care: Perform Bladder Washouts twice weekly and manage catheter care. Physical Therapy Support: Assist with a demanding morning exercise and stretching routine. Must be confident in manual handling and the use of adaptive equipment. Personal Care: Support with all aspects of daily living, including washing, dressing, and skin integrity monitoring. Household Support: Light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation (when family members are not available). Requirements Experience: Proven experience in Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) care is essential.
