You will play a vital role in ensuring students can fully access their education while receiving the care and support they require to thrive both academically and personally.If you have experience with personal care, medication administration, PEG feeding, and manual handling, we''d love to hear from you.What You''ll Be DoingAs part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will:Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to learners with SEND.Assist with personal care routines, including dressing, toileting, changing, feeding, and personal hygiene.Support learners with mobility needs using wheelchairs, hoists, slings, standing aids, and other specialist equipment.Administer medication in line with individual healthcare plans and organisational procedures.Carry out PEG feeding safely and confidently following agreed protocols.Support learners with complex medical and physical needs throughout the college ..... full job details .....
