Specialist Housing Officer - Agency Managed

We''re looking for a Specialist Housing Officer - Agency Managed to oversee housing services delivered by partner organisations and ensure residents receive an excellent service. The Role You''ll: Monitor the performance of managing agents and support providers Build strong relationships with residents and partners Carry out inspections, audits and compliance checks Manage tenancy, property and repair issues Help create safe, well-managed communities About You You''ll have: Experience in housing management, supported housing or a similar customer-facing role Knowledge of housing legislation and good practice Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience managing partner or contractor performance A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Why Peabody?
