Brief role description The Specialist Employment Consultant will facilitate and coordinate employment case working support for Career Transition Partnership (CTP) Assist service leavers and veterans up to two years post-discharge to support them in finding appropriate and sustainable civilian employment or other vocational outcomes. You will use your communication skills, judgement and initiative to provide support, deliver briefings and contribue to employment-focused activities that help individuals move closer to their goals.
