We are seeking to appoint a Senior Clinical Fellow at post CCT level in HPB Surgery. The position will be based at the Royal London Hospital for an initial 12 months, with the possibility of extension, starting in April 2026. The Royal London Hospital is a tertiary referral centre for HPB Surgery, offering excellent opportunities for surgical trainees to gain experience in both basic and complex procedures.The post is not formally approved by the Deanery for higher surgical training, but the workload will be similar to that of a Higher Surgical Trainee (HST).Candidates should have the FRCS or equivalent and be peri-CCT. Evidence of strong personal motivation, along with experience in audit or teaching, is desirable. This is an exciting opportunity for surgical trainees seeking to consolidate their experience at the senior registrar level in a centre of surgical excellence in London.The role may require work at other Barts Health sites, in addition to the Royal London Hospital.Informal discussions are encouraged.
