      <description>Location: Oxford | Salary: &amp;pound;16.35/hour | Type: Contract | Specialist Customer Service Officer       About the Role   We are looking for a compassionate and customer-focused  Specialist Customer Service Officer  to join a busy and supportive team. Acting as the first point of contact for adult social care enquiries, you will play a key role in supporting members of the public, partner agencies, and vulnerable individuals across Oxfordshire.  This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You will handle enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, helping people access the support and services they need.
