Shift PatternMonday to Friday 09:00-17:00Flexibility is required during peak periods (especially around Christmas)What You''ll Be DoingAs a Specialist Customer Operational Support team member, you''ll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and service delivery: Handling customer calls and emails for collection bookings, cancellations, amendments, and service issues Performing parcel checks and samplings on the operational floor Collaborating with internal teams (Operations, Distribution, Planning, Sales, Revenue Protection) to manage changes to collections and forecastsCollating and analysing forecast data and statistics for reportingYou don''t need to have worked with us before, but experience in customer service or operations is a plus.Our ideal candidate: Has a confident and professional telephone manner Is comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Can work to tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing demands Is flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer serviceEnjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentWhy ..... full job details .....
