Supporting the customer to lead a full and active life and do things they enjoy, sensitively and persistently trying new things to open up new opportunities for the customerDeveloping the customer\''s independent living skills and involving them in maintaining and developing their home, including cooking, shopping, cleaning and decoratingSupporting the customer in their sensory routine, trialling and testing new sensory experiencesThis is not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities and may change to meet the needs of Look Ahead.Responsibilities and Work Arrangements

Role includes weekend work and shift-based scheduling during weekendsDriving is mandatory for this roleThis role requires sleep-in shifts at the serviceEssential

NVQ Level 2 or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experience working with customers with Autism/Challenging Behaviour/learning disabilitiesDriving licence and willingness to drive as part of support dutiesDesirable
