Responsibilities

Review and process vendor invoices in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals in alignment with company policies.

Manage invoice workflows and perform 3-way matching for purchase orders and receipts.

Process payment runs (ACH and Wire Transfers) in Coupa twice a week.

Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Partner with Procurement to facilitate vendor onboarding, including conducting vendor verification calls.

Monitor the AP inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries related to invoices, payments, and purchase orders.

Assist with month-end close activities, including AP accruals and account reconciliations.

Identify and support opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of AP best practices and internal controls

Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sense of ownership; deadline driven; able to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 USD
