This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tutor or teacher who is confident adapting lessons to suit individual needs and can build a positive, supportive relationship with a learner who may have experienced barriers to education. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging 1:1 tuition tailored to the learner Adapt lesson plans, resources and teaching methods Support academic progress and re-engagement with education Build confidence, motivation and positive learning habits Maintain a calm and supportive learning environment Monitor progress and provide feedback where required Requirements Experience working with children or young people Experience supporting learners with SEND Patient, adaptable and encouraging approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Relevant teaching/tutoring experience or qualification desirable Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one Right to Work...
