We are looking for tutors who are passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of learners who require additional educational support. The role involves delivering personalised tuition that is tailored to each learners individual needs, helping them to re-engage with education, build confidence and make academic progress. Alongside the tuition element of the role, tutors may also support learners with developing key life skills, improving confidence, preparing for their future and helping them to reach their full potential. Due to the nature of the learners we support, applicants must have experience working with SEND students and a strong understanding of adapting learning to meet individual needs.
