Special School Assistant Primary SEN School, Southwark Full-time contract - Temp to PermRemedy are recruiting on behalf of an ''Outstanding'' Primary SEN School in Southwark who are looking to appoint an experienced and compassionate Special School Assistant to join their team.This is a full-time, term-time contract. If you are looking for a Long term position and get on well, they will look to take you on a temp to perm contract so please only apply if you are ultimately looking for a permanent position.To be considered for this position you MUST have GCSE C or above in English and Maths, or level 2 Functional Skills English and Maths.The position is full-time, term-time - Mon-Fri 8.15am - 4pm.They are looking for a hardworking and resilient Special School Assistant who is able to build positive relationships with young people. Someone who can support, motivate and encourage the children with their learning and act as a positive role model. All pupils have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP).The successful Special School Assistant will ideally have had experience of working with children within a school setting.
