This is a senior leadership opportunity for a capital projects professional with extensive experience in fire safety remediation, cladding replacement programmes, building safety compliance, and large-scale capital investment projects. Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Major Works, you will take ownership of a complex portfolio of fire safety remediation schemes, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from feasibility through to completion and operational handover.
