We are looking for someone with strong social housing experience who can demonstrate a track record of both procuring contracts end-to-end and subsequently managing contractors, performance and delivery. The role will have a particular focus on fire safety, compliance and external wall systems (EWS), overseeing investigative programmes including FRAEWs, Fire Risk Assessments, spandrel panel investigations and façade/render assessments.
