Special Process Quality Engineer

I am recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Special Process Quality Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business operating within a highly regulated engineering environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a Special Process Quality Engineer who is passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. As a Special Process Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining quality process conditions, supporting product conformity, and driving quality excellence throughout the business.The successful Special Process Quality Engineer will be responsible for maintaining quality process controls through preventative measures to ensure products are processed defect-free while minimising and eliminating non-conformance. You will also manage the FAIR process, conduct internal audits, support external audits, and assist final inspection activities to ensure compliance with customer, specification, and drawing requirements.Key responsibilities of the Special Process Quality Engineer will include:Supporting Final Inspection activities to ensure compliance with customer, specification, and drawing requirementsConducting First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR)Managing the FAIR process in accordance with company proceduresCarrying out Internal Audits of the Quality Management System against company procedures and national standardsPreparing documentation for external auditsSupporting and maintaining ..... full job details .....
