You will be responsible for managing, maintaining and developing all aspects of the Quality system processes and procedures, internal/external audits, NADCAP requirements, maintaining compliance and amendments to existing accreditations. The Role Subject matter expert for heat treatments, expert of quality systems and special processes. Maintain and develop the QMS. Support customer audits and new customer approvals. Ensure the technical compliance of all special processes (NDT, HT, Chemical Processing). Improvement of the business management systems Management of audit plans and coordinating audit closure. Identify and mitigate company risks. Company representative for accreditation and certification bodies. The Person Ability to manage people and drive improvements in a fast-paced demanding environment. Good understanding or AS9100 and Nadcap approvals. Ability to make decisions and resolve problems.
